Welcome to a new school year at Milwood Magnet Middle School! I am truly excited to partner with you as we begin another year of growth, discovery, and achievement for our students.

At Milwood, we are committed to educating the whole child. This means that in addition to strong academics, we focus on supporting our students socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. Middle school is a time of tremendous change, and our staff works together as a building to ensure every student feels supported, valued, and challenged.

Our goal is to help each student recognize their potential and build the skills they need to be high school ready—and ultimately prepared for future success in college, career, and life. We believe in holding high expectations while also providing the guidance and encouragement students need to meet them.
